Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations work when you purchase a paid filxo plan. By subscribing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and trials

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider. If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends, subject to the terms shown at checkout and in your account.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation typically takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until that date.

3. Refund requests

Refunds are not guaranteed for partial billing periods or change-of-mind cancellations after a charge has succeeded. We may, at our discretion, offer a partial or full refund where required by law, where we have made a clear billing error, or in other exceptional cases described to you in writing.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on your card issuer or bank; please allow several business days after we confirm the refund.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be called out as required by law or as described in our Terms of Service.
